Privacy Statement
Enhanced Mechanical Systems ("EMS," "we," "us") sends text messages to customers who have opted in, for the purpose of coordinating projects and service. Message types include appointment confirmations and changes, technician arrival windows, site access and readiness requests, equipment and parts status updates, quote and work order follow-up, job completion notices, and direct two-way conversation with your assigned EMS representative. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
How to opt in - You may opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our new customer or service request forms, or by giving verbal consent to an EMS employee during a service call or site visit. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service from EMS.
Message frequency - Message frequency varies based on the status and activity of your project or service request. You may receive several messages in a single day during active work, and no messages during periods with no scheduled activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. EMS does not charge for this service; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out - You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from that number. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent from that number. Only the EMS number that receives the STOP keyword is opted out; if you have been contacted by more than one EMS number, reply STOP to each. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers - Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. Message delivery is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability may vary.
Privacy - Information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.enhancedmechanical.com/sms-terms. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes - EMS may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

SMS Terms & Conditions
Enhanced Mechanical Systems collects your mobile phone number when you provide it on a new customer form, service request, or contact form, or when you give it directly to an EMS employee. We use your mobile number to contact you by call and text message about your projects, service appointments, scheduling, and related job coordination.
No sharing or sale of mobile data - No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are subject to the sharing terms described elsewhere in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the messaging service required to deliver the messages.
Data retained - For SMS, we retain your mobile number, the record of your consent (date, time, and method), message content, and delivery status, for as long as you remain an active customer and thereafter as required for our business, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices - You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request that we delete your mobile number from our records by contacting us using the information below. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive service from EMS by phone or email.
