• General Support Aviation Battalion (GSAB) Maintenance Hangar- Located at Fort Carson, Colorado, home of the 13th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB.) 

• 13th CAB Barracks- New barracks for the 13th Combat Aviation Brigade at Fort Carson. The barracks are net-zero energy use buildings for approximately 100 soldiers who live and work as part of the 13th CAB on Fort Carson. Comprised of 370,156 square feet, the project included three apartment buildings, with a one story glass pavilion that connects each pair of four-story buildings.

• Assault Battalion Hangar- One of five battalions that form the 4th Infantry Division’s 4th Combat Aviation Brigade moving to Fort Carson. The facility contains a 44,600 square foot hangar for aviation maintenance and storage with supporting spaces for allied maintenance workshops and parts storage. 

• 4th ID CAB HQ- The "Iron Eagles" were first constituted on April 1, 1957, as the 4th Aviation Company, assigned to the 4th Infantry Division and activated at Fort Lewis, Wash. It was reorganized and redesignated Oct. 1, 1963, as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Aviation Battalion. Located at Fort Carson, Colorado.
