HISTORY:

Enhanced Mechanical Systems was established in March of 2005 by Adrian Rivera. Adrian has 30+ years of experience in the insulation business.

  • 13 years with Mountain States Engineering in Denver, CO 

  • 5 years with Insulation Removal Specialists in Spokane, WA

  • 6 years serving in the US Army

Chief Estimator, Mr. Jeff Alger.

  • Moved to Colorado Springs in September 2020, joining Enhanced Mechanical Systems as their Chief Estimator.

  • Commercial insulation estimator at Chaparral Insulation, Houston, TX.

  • Owner of L&L Insulations, Ankeny, IA for 6 years.

  • Over 12 years estimating, selling and managing commercial mechanical insulation.

  • BA in Management from Simpson College, plus one year of MBA studies at Iowa State University.

CERTIFICATIONS:

EMS is certified by the City & County of Denver as a SBE, DBE, MBE, and a Veteran owned business. EMS is SBA 8(a) certified. Certificates available upon request.
